Pre-School Curriculum

ð Monthly calendars alert parents to their parent/helper day and monthly newsletters suggest the themes/activities to be covered for the month. Any field trip information will be found in the teachers’ monthly newsletters. Please read them.

T/TH AM Schedule
	9:05–9:15	Arrival/Opening (Parents/students sign in, recite Pledge of Allegiance, poems, songs)
	9:15–9:30	Circle Time (Student jobs selected, bucket sharing, calendar/weather learning)
	9:30–9:55	Table Time (Concepts are discussed and fine motor skills used)
	9:55–10:40	Learning Centers (Dramatic play/role playing, manipulative/writing, music, art, science, math, language, teacher or parent directed activities) will change centers weekly
	10:40–10:55	Group/Story Time (cover concept or character counts, read a book, wash hands)
	10:55–11:15	Snack (socialization skills, manners and nutrition)
	11:15–11:30	Outside play (gross motor skills, science/math skills, safety, and socialization) Dismissal
